Purpose:

This policy outlines Bartec Engineering's commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and

• Employees are expected to support and uphold the principles of this policy. Any breach of

equality, diversity, and inclusion policy should be reported and will be taken seriously and

may lead to disciplinary action.

Implementation:

• Recruitment and Selection - Procedures will be conducted fairly and within the framework

of the law. Selection criteria and processes will focus solely on the skills and competencies

needed for the job.

• Training and Development - All employees will receive training on this policy as part of

their induction. Ongoing training will be provided to ensure awareness and understanding of

equality, diversity, and inclusion issues.

• Promotions and Career Development - All promotions will be made on the basis of merit.

The career development needs of all staff will be recognized and addressed in order to give

everyone the opportunity to achieve their potential.

Monitoring and Review:

This policy will be monitored regularly for its effectiveness and reviewed annually. Feedback

from employees will be sought as part of this review to ensure it continues to meet legal

requirements and the needs of all staff.

Complaints and Breaches:

Any discrimination, harassment, or bullying complaints will be taken seriously and could be

grounds for disciplinary action. Complaints should be made through the company's standard

grievance procedures.
