Bartec's Continued Support of Curborough Charity Day Sprint

Bartec Engineering Services Ltd is proud to once again sponsor the Curborough Charity Day Sprint, an annual community motorsport event supporting Staffordshire Clubs for Young People (SCYP).

Hosted at the Curborough Sprint Course near Lichfield, the event brings together local drivers, businesses, and supporters for a full day of competitive sprint racing — all to raise vital funds for SCYP. Entrants race their own vehicles against the clock on the 900-metre track, with everything from classic cars to track-prepared saloons taking part.

Bartec has proudly supported this event for several years, reflecting our commitment to giving back to the communities where we live and work. SCYP provides safe spaces, activities, and mentoring to help young people across Staffordshire build confidence, skills, and lasting friendships.

More Than Just Racing

Beyond the track, the day includes hospitality, raffles, community stalls, and a family-friendly atmosphere — all delivered by dedicated volunteers and local supporters. It’s a celebration of grassroots motorsport with real community impact.
