Full-Service Capability

Bartec’s disc filter installation service includes:

• Mechanical Installation

  Supply, assembly, and installation of disc filter units including all associated stainless and ductile iron pipework, valves, supports, and custom-fabricated components. Backwash systems are designed and installed in line with site-specific requirements.

• Electrical Installation

  Complete electrical works from containment and cabling through to terminations and integration with control systems. Our teams work to current IET regulations and site-specific standards.

• Craned Equipment Installation

  Management and execution of crane lifts for disc filter units, including lift planning, on-site coordination, and safe positioning within existing treatment infrastructure.

• Testing and Commissioning Support

  Close liaison with OEM suppliers and client-side commissioning teams to ensure all mechanical and electrical systems are fully operational and compliant.
